With high tides and high winds battering the Solway Coast I ventured

along the coast road.

Not long afterwards the police closed the road which was just as

well as large rocks can be thrown up with the waves.

A great day with SusKes in Portinscale today, learning the difference between root

stock and apple varieties.

Dalemain hosted The World's Marmalade Competition

At minus 13.5 degrees this morning our walk was brilliant in the snow.
