To coincide with The Original Marmalade Festival at Dalemain in February, I shall be holding a Demo and Dine at Ostle House called "A Citrus Twist" on Tuesday 21st February at 10.15. Come and be inspired to use more of our zesty oranges, lemons and limes in a multitude of recipes. A donation will be made to Hospice at Home from this event.
